Billie Irene Doris Rodgers January 15, 1920 May 25, 2012 Billie Irene Doris Rodgers, of Waco, passed away Friday, May 25, 2012, at Quality Care of Waco. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 30, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Hubbard, Texas. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 29, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Billie was born January 15, 1920, in Hubbard, Texas, to Jeff and Oma Freeland. She worked at small dress shops in the downtown Waco area and Sears where she retired after 24 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer Thomas Rogers; son, Gary Oliver, and grandson, Jeff Oliver. She is survived by grandchildren: Nancy Kroll and husband, Mike, Jimmy Oliver and wife, Linda, Gary Thomas Oliver, Danua Harbert; great-grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Joey, Allyson, Brandon, Cameron, Emma, Kourtney, Danaile, Frankie, and great-great-grandchildren, Nathaniel and Jamie; adopted son, Adam Oliver and long-time family friend, Madelyn Goff.
