Charlsie Ann Rowland November 3, 1952 - April 4, 2011 Charlsie Ann Rowland of Waco went to be with the Lord Monday, April 4, 2011. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 8, at Capital Memorial Park Cemetery in Austin. Charlsie was born November 3, 1952, in Austin, Texas, to John E. and A. Oleta Rowland. She worked as a social worker, and as an occupational therapist. Charlsie was a member of First Baptist Church of Hewitt. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Barbie Dutton and husband, Mike; nephews, Jon Dutton and wife, Alicia, and Zachary Dutton. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and a host of many dear friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to Gideons International or Scott & White Hospice at Hillcrest.
