Clara Poulter August 12, 1924 - November 13, 2007 Clara Poulter, long time resident of Waco, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2007, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Frost Cemetery, in Frost, TX with Dr. Lynn Parks officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2007 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Clara was born August 12, 1924 in Mertens, TX to Russell Goodman and Clara Goodman. Clara was a graduate of Mertens High School. She retired from Sears and had a second career as a Motel Manager. Clara, a lifelong Baptist, was a member of North Waco Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Clara Goodman of Mertens; husband, Fred Poulter, of Waco; two brothers, and one sister. She is survived by her daughters, Judy Graves, of Ocean Springs, MS and Brenda Lewis, of Friendswood, TX; grandchildren, Mike Rosamond and his wife Dina, of Jacksonville, FL; Beverly Spell, of Alvin, TX; great grandchildren, Candi Doss, of Galveston, TX and Cross Rosamond of Jacksonville, FL.
