Frances Lorene Schutza June 9, 1926 - August 27, 2010 Frances Lorene Schutza of Crawford passed away Friday, August 27, 2010 at Westview Manor. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 30, 2010 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev. Nita Newman officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Frances was born June 9, 1926 in Mosheim, Texas to Wallace and Frances Sadler and she was educated in that area. Her career with General Tire spanned 37 years until she retired to Lake Whitney and pursued her hobbies of fishing, quilting, entertaining friends and family and traveling with her daughter and family. She also proudly contributed to the war effort of the 1940’s when she was employed at the bomb facility in McGregor. Frances was a devoted member of the following congregations: Cayote United Methodist Church, Speegleville United Methodist Church, and Brookview Methodist Church. She loved to read and study her devotions while listening to her inspirational music. She always took an active role in all of her church’s activities. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Frances Sadler; five brothers, Millard, Rubert, Hubert, Billy and Johnnie Joe Sadler; two sisters, Reva and Nannnie Faye Bohne. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Albert Schutza, Crawford, TX; daughter, Deborah Schutza and Elliott Pritch, Fort Lauderdale, FL; sister, Christine McMillan and husband Jack, Valley Mills, TX; brother-in-law, Marvin Schutza; sisters-in-law, Rose Richards, Norma Sadler and Ruth Schutza, all of Waco; and loving caregiver, Lucy Harper, Robinson, TX; and a large extended family of nieces, nephews and a host of friends that spanned many years. She will be greatly missed by her beloved pets Buster, Lady, Mutt and Kitty. Pallbearers are Tommy, Sonny and Jerry Don Sadler, John McMillen, Larry Lentschke, Terry Holdbrook, Gary Bennett, Burt Schutza, Cody Reeves, David Holdbrook, Aubrey Richards, Wallace Sadler, and Jimmy Richards.
