LERMA, GABINA FLORES Gabina Flores Lerma, age 77 of Waco died Saturday, August 23, 2003 at a local hospital. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Wednesday, August 27 at St. Francis Catholic Church with the Rev. Sergio Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 7pm Tuesday, August 26 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 1124 Washington Ave. Mrs. Lerma was born February 19, 1926. She was preceded in death by her husband, Federico Lerma, Sr. and a son, Jose Lerma, Sr. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. Survivors include daughters, Lupe Zinz, Juanita Gonzalez, Rosita Casares and husband, Alfonso, and Luz Maria Sotelo and husband, Juan Geraldo; sons, Fred Federico Lerma, Jr. and wife, Debbie, Jesus Lerma, Sr. and wife, Joanie, Oscar Lerma, Sr. and wife, Eloisa, and Richard Lerma and wife, Lezlie; 27 grandchildren; 68 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Freddy Lerma, Joe Lerma, Jr., Rosendo Gonzalez, Jr., Simon Lerma, Tomas Villa, Jr., and Vashan Zinz.
