Geraldine Goodman Mansell July 2, 1925 – March 3, 2016 Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Geraldine Goodman Mansell, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2016. Her graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, in Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room prior to the graveside service. Geraldine Goodman Mansell was born July 2, 1925 in Mart, Texas, to John Willard Goodman and Mertie Lucille Lowe Goodman. She attended North Texas for three years and spent most of her adult life in San Antonio. Geraldine enjoyed her retirement years at the Masonic Retirement Center in Arlington, Texas, and was proud to be a two-time breast cancer survivor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin L. Mansell Jr., on November 15, 1994. Surviving her are her children, Jane Clark (Bob) Arlington, Marilyn Wueste (Andy) San Antonio and Calvin III of Houston; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
