Gwendolyn Welch Marshall left this earth on Monday June 10, 2019. She will be laid to rest at 10:00 a.m., Friday June 14, inside Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 13, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. She was born January 8, 1946, in Houston, Texas, to Joseph Welch and Mattifue Plemons Welch. Gwen worked for many years at Wal-Mart and was loved by coworkers and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis Joseph Marshall, Jr.; and two sisters, Barbara Welch and Pat Parsons. She is survived by her sister, Carol Burns and husband, Don Burns; sons, Louis Daniel Marshall and Kevin Marshall and wife, Joy.
