Jan R. Johnson February 3, 1932 – February, 11, 2006 Jan R. Johnson, 74, of Waco, TX, passed this world and returned to the Lord, Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 7:05 pm in Temple, TX. Services will be at 3:30 pm Thursday, February 16, 2006 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Bosque Chapel. Burial will follow at Mooreville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Wednesday, February 15 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Mrs. Johnson was born February 3, 1932 in Corbin, KY, where she attended school. She had a great love for life, her family, her extended family and really loved to travel abroad. She married Wayne D. Johnson on November 8, 1951, in Gray, KY. She was preceded in death by daughter Deborah Jan Johnson/Cross and her husband Wayne D. Johnson. Survivors include mother, Ruby Peace; sister, Gloria Moore; nephew, Paul Douglass of Gray, KY; daughter, Deborah Renee Cross; son, Christopher Wayne Johnson Cross; son-in-law, Wayne Douglas Cross and wife, Gloria Irene Cross. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Zachary D. Cross, Jakob Stephen Lott, Mildred Millie/Mimi Lane Cross, and several nieces and nephews.
