Janie R. Rodriguez June 26, 1937 - November 20, 2014 Janie R. Rodriguez of Waco passed away Thursday, November 20, 2014. Services will be 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Holmes officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 24, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Janie was born June 26, 1937, in Waco, Texas, to Abuindo and Sarah Rodriguez. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe H. Rodriguez; four sisters, Lupe Ochoa, Martha Ballesteros, Mickey Beltran and Pauline Vasquez; and two brothers, Ben and John Ramirez. She is survived by two daughters, Julie Garcia and husband, Richard, of Waco, and Renee Clay and husband, Scott, of Lorena, Texas; one son, Jody Rodriguez of Fort Worth; three granddaughters, Amber Freeman and husband Henry, Lindsey Garcia and Alyssa Clay; and numerous nieces and nephews.
