Kelly Spears March 11, 1968 - February 14, 2016 William Gordon Kelly Spears of Waco left this life on Sunday, February 14, 2016, after a courageous extended battle with cancer. After transferring to Texas State Technical College in Waco, Kelly graduated with a major in Audio/Visual Communications. He worked in several departments for a national printing company for the next 19 years. From infancy, Kelly showed interest in music. This led him to recording and radio broadcasting.
