He is survived by his loving mother, Michelle; his special Aunt Stephanie and cousins, Cameron and Tony Jr.; his Uncle Kurt and Heather; Uncle Mike, Aunt Susan and cousins, Brent, Cody, Courtney and Maddie; by Grandfather, Michael Sr.; Grandmother, Maureen and Mike; and Great –Aunt Cynthia.
