Mae Jackson Jolley April 13, 1911 – December 18, 2006 Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and educator, Mae Jackson Jolley, 95, died in Dallas on December 18, 2006. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 23 at 11:00 AM at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home Garden Room, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Known for her personal warmth, enthusiasm and independent spirit, she offered those around her unconditional love and encouragement. As an English teacher at Lake Air Junior High School for two decades, she was committed to her students and the power of the English language. Born on April 13, 1911 in Humble, Texas, she was a graduate of Baylor University where she met her husband, John C. Jolley, who preceded her in death. She had two daughters, Claire Jolley Branch of Waco, who died in 2000, and Dr. Judy Jolley Mohraz of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by son-in-law, Dr. Bijan Mohraz, grandson, Andrew Mohraz and his wife, Amy of Denver, Colorado, and grandson, Jonathan Mohraz of Hermosa Beach, California.
