MATTIE ALLEN Mattie Button Allen, 86, of Waco, died Sunday, June 2, 2002 in a local hospital. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM Tuesday, June 4 at WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY Garden Room, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Centertown, Kentucky. Mrs. Allen was born May 28, 1916 in Kentucky to Rev. James Leslie DeHart and Mary Elizabeth Ganaway DeHart. She was a member of Rockport Baptist Church in Rockport Kentucky. Survivors: 4 daughters, Patsy Stroud & husband Bobby of Owensboro, Kentucky, Dianne Haynes & husband David of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, Betty Maddox & husband Larry of Waco, Eva Mae Babcock of Carthage, Missouri; 2 sons, David Button & wife Marcy of Georgetown, Kentucky and John Button; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sister, Margaret Donohoe of Michigan.
