Melvin Millard Crouch November 2, 1935 - July 26, 2015 Melvin Millard Crouch of Hewitt passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015. Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 31, at Central Presbyterian Church in Woodway, TX, with the Rev. David Rodgers officiating. Burial will be 9:00 a.m., Friday, at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 30, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Melvin was born November 2, 1935, in Somerset, Kentucky, to Millard and Helen Crouch. He began his career as a stockboy with J. J. Newberry's and retired as a regional supervisor for a national retail company. After living many places for business, they moved back to their hometown, eventually moving closer to family in Texas. Melvin was a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Willy Hall and Evelene Davis; brothers, Charlie Crouch and Billy Crouch. He is survived by wife of 61 years, Betty of Hewitt; son, Richard Crouch and wife, Kristin, of Sorum, Norway; and daughter, Vicky Wolfe and husband, Chris, of Woodway, TX; grandchildren, Justin Crouch, Morgan Williams and husband, Jacob, Courtney Wolfe, Mailen and Silje Mollegaard; great grandchildren, Wren and Willow Williams; and two sisters, Pearl Turner and Delta Sadler.
