Ola Frances Simmons May 4, 1923 - September 9, 2011 Ola Frances Simmons of Bruceville passed away Friday, September 9, 2011 at her residence. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2011 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.Sunday, September 11, 2011 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Frances was born May 4, 1923 in Bruceville, Texas to Sidney and Clara Taylor. She was a member of Bruceville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, T.E. Simmons; parents, Clara Bell and Sid Taylor and one sister, Jimmie Gent. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Jordan, Bruceville, TX; one son, Tommy Simmons, Bruceville, TX; three grandchildren, Tommy Simmons II, Dawn Schwertner and James Johnson; one sister, Clara Wade; two brothers, Henry and Sidney Taylor, five great-grandchildren, Haleigh, Jake and Aspen Simmons, Alexandria Schwertner and Noah Ross Johnson and many nieces, nephews friends.
