Robert Fraga, 54, of Waco passed away early Saturday morning, January 20, 2018. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 26, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home, with Pastor Dick Wooten officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 25, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Robert was born on June 14, 1963, in Houston, Texas. He was raised in Waco by his loving parents, Jim and Gracie Fraga. He graduated from University High School in 1981. He started his career at Central Freight Lines, before spending 23 years employed for UPS. The great admiration for Robert was recognized by his coworkers and his customers. Robert found guidance, and strength in his faith as a member of Stonegate Community Church. On May 14, 1994, he married Evonne Carrizales. Robert found joy in recently planning a celebration for their 25th wedding anniversary and looked forward to sharing another dance with his favorite dance partner. Robert could always be found at family gatherings, cheering on the Cowboys and bringing everyone together with his celebrated barbeque. The only thing that came before his sports and favorite Tejano Group, The Hometown Boys, was his devotion to his family. He is preceded in death by his son, Christopher “Kito” Fraga; and brothers, Carlos Casillas and Johnny Casillas. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Gracie Fraga of Waco; his wife of 23 years, Evonne Fraga; daughter Stephanie Fraga and fiancé, Horasio Ramirez, of Brenham, Texas ; sons, Robert Andrew Fraga and partner, Brett Clark, of St. Louis, Missouri, and Santiago Rey Fraga of Waco; grandchildren, Lilah and Liliana Gonzales, and Koy and Austin Ramirez; his beloved furry companion, Maggie; sisters, Gloria Dushamin of Detroit, Michigan, and Diana Meier of Alvin, Texas; and brother, Arthur Casillas of Waco. Pallbearers will be Robert Andrew Fraga, Horasio Ramirez, Brett Clark, Paul Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Manuel Trevino, Robert London and Jaime Yanez.
