Ruben Puente March 25, 1953 - July 14, 2015 Ruben Puente of Waco passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015. His memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 18, at First Baptist Church of Woodway with the Rev. Terry Graham officiating. Ruben was born March 25, 1953, in Waco, Texas, to Refugio and Concepcion Puente. He was a member and a faithful employee of First Baptist Church of Woodway. He was a very friendly man and helped people when the need was there. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister and six brothers; and his niece, Adelena Bravo. He is survived by sister, Herlinda Puente Amaro, and husband, Silverio; sister-in-law, Ernestine Puente; nieces, Renee Sandoval, Gloria Krise, of Washington State; nephews, Moises Puente, Jr. and wife, Cindy; grand nieces, Marcena Gonzalez, and husband, Lucas, Francesca Lindsey, and Gabrielle Hulsey; grand nephews, Michael Becerra and Angel Bravo, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are the church staff.
