PEEPLES, T. E. TOM T. E. Tom Peeples, age 87, of Waco died Wednesday, August 6, 2003 at a local hospital. Services will be held at 9:30am Saturday, August 9 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with Dr. John Collier and Rev. Ivan Ker officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial North. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8pm Friday, August 8 at the funeral home. Mr. Peeples was born June 17, 1916 in Lott where he was reared and educated. He was a veteran of U.S. Marine Corps during W.W.II. He married Evelyn Smith August 27, 1949. He retired from Texaco, Inc. after 32 years. Mr. Peeples was a member of Parkview Baptist Church and George N. Denton Masonic Lodge. Survivors include wife, Evelyn Peeples, daughter, Patsy Peeples, son, David Peeples all of Waco; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bill Honea, Joe McKelroy, Leon Lewis, Johnny Tindle, Ronnie Adam, John McNamara, Richard Fraga, Johnnie Webb, and Mike Zipperlen.
