Vinnie Christian Wolf September 10, 1917 - July 1, 2007 Vinnie Christian Wolf of Waco passed away Sunday, July 1, 2007 at a local hospital. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 5 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Rev. Chuck Trusty officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, July 4 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Vinnie was born September 10, 1917 in Ladonia, TX to Henry and Lena Dunn. She attended schools in Royce City and Gatesville, TX. She moved to Waco in 1943 and married Henry Christian in 1945; he preceded her in death January of 1968. In 1973 she married Arthur Wolf and he passed away in October of 1985. She worked for Hubby Reese Wholesale Grocery for around 20 years; then she was attendance secretary for Waco ISD for 20 years, retiring February 1985. She was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, her sister, Mae Reno; and her brothers, John Dunn, Henry Dunn and Vic Dunn. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Lloyd and husband, Bill of Horseshoe Bay, stepdaughter, Dovie Chastain of Lorena and stepson, Harvey Christian of Weatherford; her two sisters, Winnie Turner and Phebe Maskew, both of Waco. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Kathy Hopkins, Debbie Scoggins, Marcee Thomas, Gary Christian, Vanessa Christian, Tommy Joe Christian, David Jenkins and Maxey Jenkins; a number of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Dusty Scoggins, Ty Scoggins, Jody Scoggins, Roger Cullens, Pogo Scoggins and Bob Wofford. Honorary pallbearers are C.B. Swanner, Rickey Garrison, Marvin Wolff, B.J. Walker, James Burleson, Dr. David Rhoden and staff, Dr. Rodney Brown, Patricia Meyers and Paul Bush. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O.
