Alma Marie Scott February 4, 1925 - August 26, 2011 Alma Marie Scott of Waco went to be with our Lord Friday, August 26, 2011, at her home. Services will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, August 29, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Pastor Andy Crawford, Rev. Jim Montgomery and Rev. Norman Huddleston officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 28, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Alma was born February 4, 1925, in Waco, to John and Juanita Williams. In her early years she was a restaurant owner, a banquet manager for Baylor, and various hostess positions. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Alma was a member of Hallsburg Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her step-father, Edgar John Jones; and sister, Lillian Williams. She is survived by husband, Allen Scott of Hallsburg; daughters, Carol Dawson and husband, Larry, and Neta Montgomery and husband, Jim, of Wichita Falls; four grandsons, Timothy Montgomery and wife, Hannah, Jeremy Montgomery and wife, Candice, Donald Clifford and wife, Samantha, and Adam Clifford; two great granddaughters and two pending. Pallbearers are Donald Clifford, Adam Clifford, Jeff Scott, Joe Scott, Micah Greenawalt and Eric Herring. Memorials may be made to Bluebonnet Hospice.
