Betty Evans May 24, 1927-November 29, 2005 Betty Evans passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2005. Services will be at 3:30 PM Friday, December 2, 2005 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Bosque Chapel. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday, December 1, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Bosque Chapel. Betty was born in Benton, AR to Snowy and Dovie Hobbs. Betty enjoyed all card games, bingo, sports, fishing, and horse racing. She was very independent, a nature lover and a housewife. She is survived by daughter Lynn Plain and husband Scott of Waco, sons Billy Browning and wife Mary, and Michael Browning and wife Sandra; sisters: Sue Spivey and husband, Jack, Ann Holder and husband Ralph and brother Johnny Hobbs and wife Jill. Grandchildren are Ryan Plain, Michael, Jacob and Kelly Browning; and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Charles and Bobby Hobbs.
