Boo was born June 10, 1937, to the late William (Bill) C. and Lucille Walker. She attended Crawford schools and graduated in 1955. During her sophomore year, she was voted Most Athletic Girl; as a junior, she was honored as Homecoming Sweetheart; and in her senior year, she was recognized as Best All-Around Student. She later graduated from 4C Business School. On August 23, 1956, she married Keith Lynch of Crawford. Together, they built a wonderful life and raised two daughters and a son.

Boo’s first job was at Rocketdyne in McGregor, TX, where she worked for 15 years. She then worked for Crawford ISD as the business manager for over 50 years, earning the admiration and respect of countless students, teachers, and community members.

Boo was a pillar of the Crawford Methodist Church, where she served selflessly throughout her life. Her roles included serving on the Administrative Board, Finance Committee, Handbell Choir, Choir, and as a Sunday School teacher. Her dedication to the church and its members left a lasting impact on the community and future generations.

Family and friends knew Boo as a devout Methodist who loved God, family, and country with all her heart. She cherished the family land and instilled its value in her children and grandchildren. She found joy in growing a wide variety of flowers and loved sharing them with others. Her pets brought her great happiness, and she and Keith enjoyed traveling together as members of the Good Sams RV Chapter and the Cotton Palace Sams, where they made many dear friends.

Her parting wish was simply, "I want everyone to be happy."

Boo was preceded in death by her parents, William C. (Bill) Walker and Lucille (Simmons) Walker; her brother, Jerry Lowe Walker; her daughter, Jerry Ann Lynch; and her dearly beloved husband of over 56 years, Keith Lynch.

She is survived by her son, Dusty Lynch of Crawford; daughter, Buffy Lynch Bayer and husband, John; grandchildren, Judson Bayer, Jackson Bayer, Patton Ann Lynch, and Alexis Raye Lynch; great-grandchild, Greyson Lynch Bayer; sister, Francis Ann Raley; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family from the Crawford Methodist Church.
