Carleen Stephenson was born November 19, 1959 in San Diego, CA and passed away July 16, 2006 in Woodway, TX. A memorial service will be held at South Bay Baptist Church Monday, July 24, 2006 at 10:00AM. The church is located at 960 5th Avenue, Chula Vista, CA 91911. She is survived by her husband, Dave; mother, Lynn; brothers, Kenny and Scott; her children, Joshua, Kristine, Sarah, Kayla and Tyler; and her 4 and a half grandchildren.
