THOMAS, CAROL ANN Carol Ann Thomas, 66 of China Spring died Wednesday, July 28, 2004 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Graveside services will be at 10am Wednesday, August 4, 2004 at Oakwood Cemetery with the Rev. Judy Lewis officiating. Ms. Thomas was born in Alexandria, Indiana April 28, 1938. She graduated from St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Chicago. She retired from Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center. She was loved and will be missed. Survivors are daughter, Phyllis Autrey and husband, Claude of Houston; son, Jimmie Boyd and wife, Lisa of Grand Rapids, Michigan; grandchildren, Kristen Boyd, Kimberley DeBoer, Kevin Boyd, Melissa Sharp and John Alexander; great grandchildren, Alyshia Geerlings and Jeremy Sharp; sister, Diana Hayes of Beaufort, South Carolina; and brother, Michael Hardegen of Bakersfield, California.
