Carroll Brannon Kay June 27, 1926 - August 15, 2013 Carroll Brannon Kay of Waco passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Royal Manor. Graveside services will be 9:00 a.m., Thursday, August 22, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro. Carroll was born June 27, 1926, in Waco to Edward and Lois Brannon. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her close friend, Shirley Sonnenberg, of Waco.
