Charles "Rusty" Riha October 7, 1971 - January 12, 2008 Charles "Rusty" Riha of Waco passed away Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Greenview Manor. Memorial service will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, with Rev. David Shuttlesworth officiating. Rusty was born October 7, 1971 in Crystal City, TX to Charles and Mary Price Riha. He was a loving and caring son, brother and grandson; and he influenced others with his great attitude for life. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Viola Riha; Bunyan and Clara Price; uncle and aunt, George Riha, and Betty Offner. He is survived by his parents; sisters, Heather Riha Kimble and Vonda Riha Almand and her husband, Joe David; uncle, Bob Price and wife, Jo Ann; aunt, Dawn Marburger and husband, Maynard; and numerous cousins.
