Services for Charlie Payne will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 1, at China Spring Cemetery next to lifelong friend Robert L. Gauthier, who died in March 1999. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 30, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choosing.
