Connie F. Delgado December 8, 1941 - March 4, 2016 Connie (Concha) F. Delgado of Waco passed away Friday, March 4, 2016, at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 10, at St. Francis Catholic Church with Deacon Jesse Garza as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be Wednesday, March 9, at 6:00 p.m., followed by a visitation at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Connie was born December 8, 1941, in Rockdale, Texas, to Felipe and Juanita Fernandez. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Daniel Delgado IV. She is survived by her children, Rosemary Lopez, Lialanda Fernandez Rojas, both of Dallas, Sylvia Fernandez Nava, Maria Victoria Jimenez, Samuel Fernandez Nava and Joe Delgado, all of Waco; siblings, Clemente Jasso , Manuel and Guadalupe Fernandez and eleven more siblings; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
