The greatest day in history is 8/9/49. Dave checked out of this mortal realm on 8/15/2026, leaving very sad headphones and remotes, 2 sisters, 1 brother, 4 children, 8 grand and 2 greats.

Services will be Friday, August 21, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home.

He lived in Oneida, NY; Wallingford, PA; Cherry Hill, NJ and saved the best for last: Hewitt, TX.

Favorite things included Big Bands, Phillies and eventually the Eagles. He rode a Harley, cooked Emeril's, and said his Superbowl parties made Thanksgiving look like a light snack.

A favorite pastime was sharing The Best with his brother Glen. He loved Cracker Barrel, Bubba's 33 and making cheesecake. Dave loved watching Hitchcock, Hallmark and Gutfeld with his buddy, Dennis. He was unapologetic in his beliefs. Poop and fart jokes were a must! We love you..... 💩.
