Delbert Fred Rios-Floyd of Waco passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016. Chapel Services will be at 1:30 p.m., Friday, December 23, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey with Deacon Jesse Garza officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Rosary and visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, December 22, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Delbert was born September 1, 2015, in Waco to Delbert Floyd and Lisa Perez Rios. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul G. Perez; brother, Aaron Jacob Rios-Floyd; his sister, Autumn Moon Rios-Floyd; and was followed in death by his grandmother, Maria Gallegos of Nashville, Tennessee. He is survived by his parents, Lisa Rios and Delbert Floyd; grandparents, Estella Perez, Tiburicio Rios and Benito Gallegos; two brothers, Mauricio and Charles Rios-Floyd; four sisters, Aaliyah and April Rios-Floyd, Mariah Rios-Floyd, and Estella Perez.
