NELSON, DONALD Donald Roy Nelson, age 62, of Waco died Monday, February 25, 2002 at a local hospital. Services will be 1:00PM Thursday, February 28 at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. David M. Couchman officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be 5:00-7:00PM Wednesday, February 27 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mr. Nelson was born January 2, 1940 in Marietta, Minnesota. He was a longtime resident of Montevideo, Minnesota. He had been a resident of Waco since 1985. Survivors include his wife, Edith Nelson; mother, Ida Nelson of Madison, Minnesota, daughter, Susan Nelson of Waco; sons, Timothy Nelson of Waco; Jonathan Nelson and wife, Kathy of Clifton; Daniel Nelson and wife, Ruthann of Waco; grandchildren, Amanda, Darek, Shawn, Stacey, Mindy, Damien and Justin; sister, Gloria Nelson; brothers, Harlan Nelson and Marvin Nelson all of Minnesota.
