OBITUARY FOR DORENE ADAMS Dorene Adams passed away Sunday, October 5, 2003. Services will be 3:30pm Wednesday, October 8 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with the Rev. Stephen Ramsdell officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial North. Dorene was born January 10, 1921 in Aquilla to Fleda and Clifton Walker. She married Clint Adams on June 2, 1940. They were beautiful people and enjoyed a full and rewarding life together cultivating many friendships. Mr. Adams died September 24, 1991. Dorene was very dedicated to her work with Baker-Jones-Crow Co. and Sabine Valley Management. She was active with Jantz Construction Co. until her death. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Waco. Dorene enjoyed boating and extensive traveling with her family. Many great memories will be cherished. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Scarborough and husband Jim and Mary Jantz and husband Mitchell, both of Waco; granddaughters, Stacey Scarborough and Tamara Brault; and great granddaughter Natalie Carol.
