Dorothy Blanche Hagan November 17, 1917 - February 14, 2011 Dorothy Blanche Hagan of Waco passed away Monday, February 14, 2011. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 16, at Oakwood Cemetery. She will be in state at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home, but there will be no formal visitation. Mrs. Hagan was born November 17, 1917 in Hope, Arkansas, to Gus and Jimmie Cornelious. She was a fabulous homemaker, loved cooking for her family and enjoyed walking her dog. She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Hagan; her parents, and her son, John Craig Hagan. She is survived by her daughter, Rosemary Sims of Waco; grandchildren; Gary Dunn and wife, Debbie, Larry Dunn and wife, Kathryn, Leann Dunn, Kelly Townsend and husband, Mike, and John Wilton Hagan; great grandchildren, Jennifer, David, Jeff and Jake; her sister, Margie Brooks and husband, Henry; and her only niece, Beverly Brooks. The family wants to thank Mary Carbajal, her very special caregiver for five years, and Providence Hospice for their care.
