Elizabeth Simcik October 25, 1932-March 7, 2018 Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Simcik passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home with Deacon Greg George officiating. Visitation will be 6:00-7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home. Elizabeth “Betty Ann” was born October 25, 1932, in Westphalia, Texas, to Bert and Ernestine Kleypas. She was a registered nurse at Providence Hospital as a labor/delivery nurse, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She had an immense love for gardening, nature and her family. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Carroll, of Waco; daughter, Elizabeth Ann DeMaria and husband, Geoff, of Waco; three sons, Stephen Mark Simcik, Michael Douglas Simcik and wife, Vickie, of Waco, and David Carroll Simcik of Dallas; four grandchildren, Hollie Warschak, Amy Rachuig, Trey Simcik, Blake DeMaria and Melissa Craft; and four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Hagan, Hannah and Parker.
