Ethel Baskin Chandler May 7, 1918 - December 20, 2012 Ethel Baskin Chandler of Waco passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 22, at Osage Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m., Friday, December 21, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Ethel was born May 7, 1918, in Collins County, Texas, to Samuel and Sally Parks. She loved her grandchildren and dearly loved to fish. Ethel was a member of Grace Temple Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Lloyd Baskin and Bill Chandler; and her grandson, Ronnie James. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda James and husband, Charles, of Fredericksburg, TX; grandson, Dennis James; and great grandson, C.J. James.
