SMITH, EVIE MAE Evie Mae Smith, age 102, of Moody died Friday, January 25, 2002 at a Clifton nursing home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, January 26 at Robinson Cemetery with Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 6101 Bosque Blvd. Mrs. Smith was born January 18, 1900 in Waco to Meredith and Elizabeth Miller Penton. She married William Albert Smith; he preceded her in death in 1975. Survivors include daughters, Gladys Dupree of Moody and Christene Houser of Pullman, Washington; sons, Robert Smith of Valley Mills and Ed Smith of Woodway, 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, son-in-law, Bill Rader of Chalk Bluff, one niece and two nephews.
