Fate R. Thompson May 5, 1935 - February 16, 2014 Fate R. Thompson of Waco passed away Sunday, February 16, 2014, at Providence Hospital. Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Fate was born May 5, 1935, in Calvert, Texas, to Jack and Jewell Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Phyllis Hart; one sister, Billie Quinn; and two brothers, P.W. Thompson and Ovess Thompson. She is survived by one son, Freddie Hart, Jr., of Waco; four daughters, Billie, Yulonda, Sara, and Lorea Hart; one sister, Betty Thompson; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
