Frances M. Stovall of Waco passed away Friday, March 16, 2007. Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Rev. Sterling Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, March 17 and 18 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Frances’ journey of life began on October 28, 1937 as the second child of George and Wilma Evans. She spent a happy childhood in Waco along with her brothers Charles, Dale and Bob. In 1957 she married Joseph Quilty, who was her husband for 24 years until his death. They had three children, Cindy, Cathy and Danny. In 1990 Frances married Victor Stovall and spent the next 17 years traveling and devoting their lives to each other. She was preceded in death by her father; late husband, and grandson, Charles Grund. She is survived by her husband, Victor Stovall; mother, Wilma Evans; daughters, Cindy Fondren-Muise and husband, Dave of Lewisville; Cathy Quilty-Reed and husband, Cliff of Whitney; and son, Danny Quilty and wife, Pat of Hubbard; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles Evans and wife, Pat; Dale Evans and wife, Robin, of Waco; and Robert Evans and wife, Isabelle of Leander. Pallbearers are Joey Quilty, Chris Quilty, Jimmy Quilty, James Fondren, Jody Radke and Eric Tatrow. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
