SMITH, FREDERICK L. Frederick L. Smith, 59 of Waco, died Sunday, September 12, 2004, at a local nursing home. Mr. Smith was born July 12, 1945 in Lackawanna, New York. He moved to the Texas area to serve in the Army at Fort Hood in 1972. He worked for Dukes Convenience Store. He was an avid coin and stamp collector and was an ex-postal employee. Survivors include daughter, Tina Kettler of Hewitt; son-in-law, Michael Kettler; and grandchild, Kennedy Kettler.
