Irene Louise Martin, formerly of Waco passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2008. Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Interment will be at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12:00 2:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Irene was born December 20, 1930 in Corsicana, Texas to Charles and Lila Nutt. She was a Licensed Vocational Nurse working in hospitals. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marion E. Martin Sr.; sons, Steve L. Martin and Perry L. Martin; and grandson, Joshua A. Martin. She is survived by sons, Eddie Martin and wife, Roseanne of Las Vegas, Nevada and Charles Martin, and wife, Geri of Pasadena, Maryland; as well as 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
