James H. Keltner of Waco passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 8, at Rosemound Cemetery. James was born August 9, 1927, in McGregor, Texas, to James and Cozette Keltner. He retired from American Bank in Waco. James was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jane Keltner; and a daughter, Rhonda Sue Weller. He is survived by his daughter, Robin Lynn Clark and husband, William, of McGregor; his son, Randy Keltner and wife, Barbara, of Round Rock, Texas; his step-daughter, Kathy Pitcher and husband, Jack, of Waco; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
