JAMES T. HICKS, 82, of Waco, died Sunday in a local nursing home. Graveside services are 2:30 PM Tuesday, March 13, 2001 at Rosemound Cemetery. Mr. Hicks was born September 10, 1918 in Groveton, TX. He was reared at the Waco State Home. He was a veteran of World War II , U. S. Army. Survivors include his wife Jeanie Hicks; daughters: Theresa Hicks of Waco and Tommie Jean Hicks of Colorado; son: Samuel J. Hicks of Plainview and sister Loree Karas of Waco. WILKIRSON-HATCH-BAILEY
