Johnny West October 19, 1948 - March 8, 2015 Johnny West of Valley MIlls passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015. There will be a memorial service later with the date to be determined. Johnny was born October 19, 1948, in Waco, Texas, to Fowler and Jackie West. He was a paramedic most of his life. He was a fantastic brother and a lover of animals. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Tommy West. He is survived by one sister, Doris West, of Valley Mills; two brothers, Fowler West of Washington, D.C. and Billy West of Santa Rosa, CA; and his beloved cat, Starfish.
