Joy Lou Elkins passed away December 7, 2005 at a local nursing home. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am, Tuesday, December 13 at the Axtell Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 6 – 8 pm, Monday, December 12 at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home, 6101 Bosque Blvd in Waco.
