Margaret H. Kanagy

Margaret H. Kanagy, 76, of Waco, Texas passed away early Monday morning, October 22, 2007 at St. Catherine’s Center. A Memorial Service was held on Thursday, October 25, at 3:30 pm in the chapel at Providence Park. Burial services are to be held in Waynesboro, Virginia on Friday, October 26, 2007. Born March 11, 1931, Margaret lived in Virginia until she moved to Waco with her husband in 1981 and began working in the Nutritional Services department at Providence Hospital. She continued to work for Providence up to just 3 months before her death. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Via; her sister, Olivia Grooms; 3 grandsons and 1 great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter.
