Mary Ethel Bregel of Plano passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 21, at Oakwood Cemetery. Mary was born February 19, 1937, in Waco, Texas, to Paul and Margaret Concilio. She worked as a secretary for several businesses and owned a home building company. She was preceded in death by her parents; and Ross Arlon Cutler. She is survived by her three sons, Kenneth Cutler of Austin, Keith Cutler of Plano and Tony Cutler of Mineola, TX; and daughter, Tena Lindsey of California; grandchildren, Rachel Cutler, Andrew Cutler, John-Daniel Cutler, Angel Hopkins, Lacey Dean and Cody Frizzell; and 14 great grandchildren .
