Mary Lee Martin

MARTIN, MARY Mary Lee Martin, age 78, of Waco died Thursday, October 11, 2001 in Dallas. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 15th at Waco Memorial Park with Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey, 1124 Washington Ave. Mrs. Martin was born April 11, 1923 in Pilot Point, TX to Rosco and Georgia England. She was formerly a resident of Dallas. She moved to Waco in 1965 and lived in Waco most of her life. She retired from Southwestern Bell and was a member of the Pioneers Club of Southwestern Bell. She was a member of the Church of Christ and also a member of the Golden Agers Club. Her husband, Delbert Lee Martin preceded her in death in 1994. Survivors include: daughter, Diane Martin, son, Delbert Lee Chip Martin, Jr., stepdaughter, Jaquetta Archer, stepson, Larry Dennis Archer and seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
