Minnie Case August 29, 1909 - September 30, 2012 Minnie Case of Waco passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 3, at Smith Bend-Coon Creek Cemetery, with Chaplain Richard Rust officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 2, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Minnie was born August 29, 1909, in Hill County near Whitney, Texas, and moved to Smith Bend as a child. She married Dan Case on August 10, 1931, and resided in Waco until her death. She was a loving wife and homemaker. God sent the world a blessing in 1909 and gave us 103 years to enjoy her. She was preceded in death by her husband; and her two children, Danny Leon Case and Avonda Ann Gardner. She is survived by grandchildren, Shawn Buckner, and husband, Garry, Thomas Alan Case and wife, Bridgette; daughter-in-law, Mary Case; four great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
