Reynolds "Jasper" Welch, Jr. June 4, 1946 - September 11, 2008 Reynolds Jasper Welch, Jr. of Waco passed away Thursday, September 11, 2008. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 19, at Crawford Cemetery with Walton Strickland officiating. Jasper was born June 4, 1946, in Clifton, Texas to Reynolds and Faye Welch. He worked at TXU for 25 years. He loved hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Reynolds Jasper Welch, Sr. He is survived by mother, Faye Fallis Welch.
