Robert H. Hulsey November 18, 1923 - October 6, 2008 Robert H. Hulsey of Waco passed away Monday, October 6, 2008, at his home. Services will be at Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, TX. Robert was born November 18, 1923, in Wolfe City, Texas, to James and Monnie Hulsey. He was retired from the military and the U.S. Postal Service. He was also a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Fern Hulsey; parents, James and Monnie Hulsey; three brothers, John Duke , J.E. and Don Hulsey. He is survived by one son, Harry Hulsey of Houston; one daughter, Debbie Hulsey Cooper of Austin; a sister-in-law, Virginia Sue Barratt of Killeen; grandchildren Peter, Benjamin and Chris Cooper; Maggie, Kate and Will Hulsey. He had two loves in life; his family and golf. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross, Caritas, Salvation Army or Central Texas Senior Ministries.
